Thats right al7osh! salmiya! the rumours were true! lol ! we did find the coolest boots there, and in much cheaper prices - same quality and honestly? better styles!!
so what is 7osh al salmiya ? its the area opposite to marina mall, marks spencer side - and old salmiya.
it has many shoe shops and , cheap make up ( al hindi ) and scarfs and pantyhose stuff.
i spotted many boots , i loved most of them .. the prices were 7 , 10 , 15 kd only
the UGGS everywhere and with all the colours , so its such a bargain!

im here to update you about my trip to the dental and beauty clinic [...Read here for more info Bella Clinic...] so to cut a long story short, im a happier person! all thanks to Dr.ibrahim and his magically work and to bella clinic for making my life easy!
Im done with my teeth and in a very short time! and im very proud of my choice! Actually its strange because my cousin and also a friend of mine told me they had the same procedure but for double the price! i paid 1000 kd only , that's for 8 front upper teeth, fixing part of my gum and a free whiting kit! and not to mention they were kind enough to let me pay any amount i was capable to pay during each visit.

so anyways id give the clinic 10/10 ! im definitely going to recommend it to everyone i know!

i wasn't told to visit Bella clinic by anyone, i did the research by myself and thought i'd give it a try and boy im so glad i did :) worth every second.
so before i click : PUPLISH POST, ill be kind enough to answer your questions about "crowning" talbeeees in our language.
t typically takes two separate appointments for a dentist to make a dental crown for a tooth:
I) The initial dental crown appointment.
A) Your dentist will numb your tooth.
Before the process of making your dental crown is begun your dentist will anesthetize (numb) both your tooth and the gum tissue which lies around it.
B) Your dentist will shape your tooth.
Bella clinic has the most amazing laser machine which was fast and less noisy than the original tool :) As a part of the trimming process your dentist also will ensure that any decay that is present has been removed from your tooth.
Besides reducing your tooth so it is smaller in size your dentist must also shape your tooth in a specific fashion. A tooth receiving a dental crown must be slightly tapered in form so the crown will slip over and onto the tooth.
C) Your dentist will make an impression of your tooth.
Once your tooth has been shaped appropriately your dentist will need to make a copy of it by way of taking an impression. Your crown will then in turn be made from this impression.
D) A temporary dental crown will be made for your tooth.
E) Your dentist will select the proper shade of porcelain needed for your dental crown.
F) A temporary teeth set will be placed for you
II) Your second dental crown appointment.
Cementing your permanent crown in place.
At that point in time when the fabrication of your crown has been completed your dentist will proceed with the process of cementing it on your tooth. First your dentist will insure that your tooth is numb. Then, if a temporary crown has been placed, your dentist will remove it.
Once you and your dentist both agree that all seems right with your new crown it can be cemented. First your dentist will place dental cement inside your crown and then they will seat the crown on your tooth. After a few moments, so to allow the cement to set somewhat, your dentist will use a dental tool and scrape away any excess cement that has extruded from underneath the edges of your crown. The placement of the crown is now complete.Before your dentist can cement your new dental crown into place they will first need to evaluate the way it fits on your tooth. To do so, your dentist will place the crown on your tooth, inspect its fit (possibly by way of using dental floss, feeling it with a dental tool, or asking you to gently bite down), remove the crown and adjust it, repeatedly, until they are satisfied. Additionally, and especially in those cases where the dental crown will hold a prominent position in your smile, your dentist will need to evaluate (and probably ask your opinion about) the crown's overall shape and color.

they are for my lower teeth, ( same shape) i wear it on when i go to bed . and honestly vie seen the result firm the first use ! i did it 4 times and i love it i have 4 more times to go

Recently , i have noticed that many young people from kuwait have proven themselves in many different ways, especially in art! today my post is about a beautiful young spirit who wasn't afraid to show the world her talent in photography!
Fajer al-qabandi is studying "advertising" at the University of Greenwich , she choose to major in photography, but after her parents refused ( lol just like mine ) she choose advertising, fajer says: " i switched to advertising since it needs the sense of phhotography..creativity and ideas.."
fajjer work is improving ever since she started shooting! and i could personally tell as im one of the old members of her Facebook group ( Photography by Fajer ), click.
Most of her work consist of coloured or b&w portraits, Landscapes and face expressions.
When i asked her if she's planning to open a studio soon she said that currently she's enjoying outdoor photography rather than the indoor studio type shooting.

I’m blessed and thankful for every day my God allows me to greet, but something about celebrating the birth of Jesus makes me want to be around those that I love and love me. Those that appreciate the season the way that I do.

so true ! here are some things id like to share with my girls to help them achieve that pretty look
1) Hands + Nails
do not neglect the beauty of your hands! Beautiful, well-kept and delicate hands are important. Hands tell you a number of things about yourself. Hands tell you how you lead your life and how you take care of your body and skin. It is said that the hands tell you how old a woman is. No matter how old you are!! make sure they look pretty with clean nails, some easy steps are :
- The skin on your hand is thin and delicate; therefore take special care of them.
- Moisturize your hands at least four times a day.
- Use your face exfoliator on your hands once a week.
- Once a week apply your face cream on to your hands before you go to bed.
- For dry hands after washing your hands with soap, wet them again. Pour salt on your hands and then scrub them under water. Dry hands and apply moisturizer on them.
- For greasy hands, after washing your hands rub cornmeal on them.
- Wear rubber gloves while working at home and in the garden.
- Protect and prevent your hands from aging and abuse.
- Protect your hands from the ravages of changing weather.
- Protect your hands while working in the sun.
- The best way to take care of your hands is to protect them on a daily basis.

For some of us, smelling nice comes so easily that it seems outrageous for there to be instructions on it. However, we've all experienced standing next to someone who didn't get the memo, and a waft of their unpleasant smell can make you incredibly uncomfortable (even nauseous). While the sense of smell is rather subjective, the following steps will help anyone eradicate what are commonly considered to be unwanted odours.
- shower or bathe regularly .
- use shower lotions and body mists .
- brush your teeth and wash your mouth before going to bed

- use a touch of cologne or perfume

elmohm so my first visit last week went well , Dr.Yasser examined my teeth and tried to convince me to go for braces bs i told him no no no! lol so eqtn3 o gali fine bs they might need to work a lot since my gum isnt straight, they took shay chi like a clay version of my teeth and booked me an appointment for today!
Today, which was my second visit, was the main session! it was Dr.Ibrahim Ghassani's turn , he saw my teeth and told me that my gum is too low and wrong bla bla madry shgal bs enaa either i wait 6 months and get the hollywood perfect one saffa teeth, or i start now bs i might get a less perfect result , i said lets start now ! bardooli 8 teeth eli foog , o he had to *ouch* >>> cut my gum a lil bit .
the whole process was fast and delicate, i didn't feel any pain or strong discomfort , the Dr. is amazing and he was quick , fortunately!! the results were amazing and he didnt do what he thought he shd go through, he then attached the temporary teeth set and i was ready to leave ! yes! i looked at the mirror and i was soooooooooooo happy !!!!!! my teeth are perfect !!!! he said that he's glad that i insisted to do it now because he didnt thought it will THAT look good! bs mashallah it was , thank you Dr.Ibrahim!
so Next Wednesday is my final session and ill have my final teeth ready ! ill try to post an after/before photo in my next post !! until then ... keep checking my blog
